Welcoming Patients Going to Other Hospital Sites

Create better conditions at the Cluse-Roseraie site for welcoming patients hospitalized at external sites and in transit

Context

Each year more than 3,500 patients hospitalized at HUG external sites are brought to the central Cluse-Roseraie site for additional tests or appointments with specialists. Some come here before going to another external site. Currently there is no specifically-designated reception and waiting area for these patients.

Project

The project aims to create a specific reception and waiting area at Cluse-Roseraie for all the patients hospitalized at external sites, in order to improve care for these patients and reduce their stress.
