Comprendre pour mieux agir contre la sclérose en plaques
À l’origine de la sclérose en plaques et de ses symptômes comme des troubles moteurs, sensitifs, visuels et cognitifs, se trouve une réaction immunitaire inadaptée encore mal connue. Mieux comprendre cette réaction inflammatoire et comment les cellules immunitaires pénètrent dans le cerveau est une voie vers de nouveaux traitements. La recherche dans ce domaine est soutenue par la Fondation privée des HUG et le Fonds Molaine.
